The Method

Less posing.
More acting.

"The best headshots aren't posed — they're caught. So we build a real moment for you to act inside, and we shoot the truth of it."

A real conversation, a plan for every look, and direction that lets you stop performing for the lens and simply be in it.

The Method

A real consultation.
Before the camera comes out, we talk — your strengths, the roles you're after, the types you read as. Your headshots start as a plan, not a guess.
A script for every look.
Each look gets its own mini-scene — a backstory, an objective, something to play. That's what gives your eyes somewhere to go.
Just act — don't pose.
You're an actor, so act. Stay in the moment instead of in your head about how you look, and we catch the real expressions as they happen.
Agent-approved — or we reshoot.
Hair and makeup available, multiple looks, retouched and delivered casting-ready. And if your agent doesn't approve at least two looks from the session, we reshoot.
FAQ

Actor headshot questions, answered.

How do I book a session?
Actor sessions are reserved for clients who come by referral, who are 45 or over, or who join the waitlist. If that's you, send a note through the form below and we'll start the conversation.
How many looks do I get?
Your session runs a focused 45 minutes, and we shoot as many looks as we can fit — most actors walk away with five to eight. That's the Actors 528 Package: theatrical, commercial, and whatever your types call for, all in one sitting. See our session pricing for what’s included.
Do you provide hair and makeup?
Hair and makeup is available as an add-on for $150. Add it and a professional artist preps you on set; skip it and we shoot you camera-ready as you are.
What if my agent doesn't approve my headshots?
If your agent doesn't approve at least two looks from your session, we'll happily reshoot. I know what agents are looking for, and I stand behind the work until it clears their bar.
How should I prepare, and what do I wear?
You'll get wardrobe and styling guidance before the shoot, tailored to the roles you're going for. Bring options and we'll choose together on the day. Mostly: show up rested and ready to play.
How soon do I get my photos?
You'll get your full unedited gallery the same day. We then send it to your agent to mark their favorites — and you decide whether to go with their picks, your own, or both.
Will the retouching still look like me?
Always. Retouching is natural and restrained — casting needs to recognize you the moment you walk in, so we keep you looking like you on your best day, never like someone else.
Where are you located? Do you shoot on location?
The studio is in Fort Lauderdale at 2700 W Cypress Creek Rd, and we offer location options when a role or look calls for it. We work with actors across Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade.
Do you shoot acting and actress headshots too?
Yes — acting headshots, actress headshots, and theatrical headshots are all part of what we do. Whether your agent wants a commercial look, a dramatic one, or a clean theatrical headshot, we shoot the range in one session so you're covered for every submission.
